SSN students excel both in co & extra-curricular
activities in addition to academics and placement. For
all round development of SSN students, the Institutions
focus on co & extra-curricular activities. SSN students
participate and win prizes in Technical symposia,
Sports, Cultural, Literary and Fine Arts competitions
organized by reputed Institutions all over India. Few of
our students have presented Technical papers in overseas
symposia as well.
Co-curricular Activities
Co-curricular activities are carried out by the
following Associations and Professional bodies to
enhance the technical knowledge of students.
Department of Technical Associations
Every year students of each Department organize a
National Level Technical symposium. A Technical Magazine
is also released by each Department, which is prepared
and published by the students.
ISTE Chapter
All the faculty members of SSN CE are ISTE members.
Activities include lectures by faculty & guests,
seminars and programmes sponsored by AICTE-ISTE.
IEEE Student Branch

developments in various fields, imparts training to
interested students and encourages them to publish in
leading journals & magazines.
CSI Students Chapter

the latest trends in the IT World.
Extra-curricular Activities
Instincts
An intercollegiate cultural festival ‘Instincts’ is
conducted every year by SSN Institutions. This is an
event that attracts the best talent in educational
institutions across the country. It is largely planned
and managed by students of SSN and is a testimony to
their organizing skills.
National Service Scheme (NSS)

the college. The students take this opportunity to offer
their services to the school students and villagers by
conducting medical camps, blood donation camps, dental
camps, cultural and sports events.
