The Red Ribbon Club is a voluntary on-campus intervention programme for students in educational institutions. It is initated and supported by the State AIDS Control Soceity and implemented through multi-sectoral collabration.
Through RRC, youth are encouraged to learn about safe and healthy life styles. The RRC promotes access to information on safe sexual behaviours and vaoluntary blood donations as well as enable the youth to become change agents in HIV and AIDS programme.
The Red Ribbbon Club serves as a complementary and comprehensive prevention intervention to support and reinforce youth led initiatives like voluntary blood donations, HIV and AIDS awareness programmes, etc.,
